For new users joining: - Whitelist. Add our domain (merschat.com) to your email whitelist to make sure our communications to you are not blocked.
- IDs and Passwords. Must be between 5-20 alphanumeric characters long. Only letters or numbers; no special characters.
- Emails. Must be a valid address. We will send your initial password there. It is also the only place we'll send your forgotten ID or password.
